Graduation Day 2007

Well..it's official...I am a graduate of the Class of 2007! It's surreal to think that all of the class reading and paper writing is done. Amazing. It was a really good day and I actually had a great time.

Dezarie called me this morning to say she wasn't going to attend so I didn't get to take a picture with her. Pedro found me right away so that was cool. There were so many undergrad, graduate, and two post grads. The energy was energetic and it was impossible for anyone to be in a bad mood while at MSG Theater. When they finally called our group for the conferring of degrees, Alice gave me a high five and Pedro the thumbs up. Way cool. We all had fun today. I really do hope that some of us remain in touch. I have been fortunate to meet many fantastic people every place I go. My fellow classmates are no exception. Some of them are simply phenomenal. Afterwards, Lorraine met up with my parents and me for a meal at Katz Deli. She says she has a fun surprise planned for me when I get back from the trip. Cool beans. O.K. I'm actually tired. It was a fun but long day. I am really proud of my fellow graduates and I'm proud of me too! Still hard to believe I now have a Master's Degree and am actually considering pursuing a second. WOW! I've come a long way and I am happy to be taking the journey!
