A New Work Day

I'm on my lunch break right now at my new assignment. Definitely lots to do here which is a good thing. The commute isn't too bad and now that it's heading into summer, the daylight will work in my favor. I've been playing catch-up with the political ongoings of Hillary and Barack. She really needs to come to grips that she will NOT be the next president...at least not in 2008! While I find it admirable that she is a very competitive and strong contender, there comes a point where one must throw in the towel. As for Barack, he will indeed have a tougher challenge winning all of Hillary's supporters. When I hear everyone talk about an Obama/Clinton ticket I can't help but laugh! After all of the mudslinging, back talking, and just downright "below the belt" hitting her campaign strategists have done, how can one possibly believe that there would ever by such a possibility for her to be second in command?!? Highly unfavorable indeed!

Speaking of Obama...I find such irony in the fact that when Jeremiah Wright's comments were linked to Obama's campaign, the media and critics were all over his campaign and making such a big production out of what in my opinion was nothing. With those linked to John McCain, not even a 30 second blurb can be located anywhere? More later...gotta get back to work. Will elaborate tonight.
