The Winter Moon

Quick post as usual. Will need to reallocate time so I can get back to posting on a more regular, long form basis. Still trying to work out my workout schedule. Last night went to a cardio-kickboxing class. Really good. Small class size (six) and the energy was supportive and fun. My left knee has been having some objection to the activities but my boyfriend Mr. Icy Hot has silenced this lone critic. LOL. Feeling pretty good. Slept for a full seven hours! I have these pockets of time where I get great sleep and pockets where I'm up most of the night. I know it's all hormonal but finding the right combination of exercise, food, and supplements has been challenging. Also getting my doctors to coordinate and share information in a timely fashion is highly time consuming. Don't they get that if they communicate with one another a patient is much more healthy? Maybe it's there internal way of holding on to a job. What doctor wants a healthy patient? Just kidding...maybe not!

Anywho...after workout as I was walking to the subway, I saw the moon in all her glory! Simply beautiful! There was an array of clouds filtering past the full moon which had a yellowish-white hue. Cast against the deep dark blackness of the sky made it look ever more present. Kind of reminded me of VanGogh's "Starry Night"...swirls and all only last night was a full moon and not a crescent moon. Even the city skyline helped to make the moon "pop". Just beautiful. I hope others got a chance to admire it.

O.K. better get moving. Going to try to do a boot camp class tonight. More later or tomorrow.
