And Still I Rise

It gets very difficult to rise on certain days but it is a blessing to be able to get up..and fall...and get up again. It's 2011...I'm still rising. What a wonderful gift that has been given to me! Not everyone gets that chance each day. It's been a crazy path for me on the road less traveled. I'd like to think that this journey through life is making me a really good person. With each day, a new thought, new action, newness. And with each beginning...still I rise.

And the Oscar Goes to...

Angela for Best Original Screenplay! O.K. So I actually have to write an award worthy script but hey...it can happen! Tonight is the Oscars so here are my pics for 2007:

Best Actor- Forest Whitaker

Best Supporting Actress- Jenifer Hudson
Best Supporting Actor- Eddie Murphy

I hope to one day attend this awards show as a nominee or guest. It seems like such a magnamous experience. Besides, everyone knows I like to get all dressed up. Anyway...more later.
